Ordering:

Please call 403-980-BARK (2275) to order our dinners, Please provide 5 days notice (Not including Order Date or Delivery Date) when ordering food to ensure we are able to provide your furry family member with the meal(s) requested.

Delivery Region:

We currently provide delivery in Airdrie, Calgary on Two Tuesday Evenings and Two Saturdays each month. There will no longer be any Thursday Deliveries.

Delivery and Pickup is by appointment to ensure availability of dinners.

Pricing:

We do everything possible to maintain low prices without sacrificing quality or nutrition. Our methods for keeping prices low include bulk purchases, sale items and competitive price shopping, however all of our products are subject to possible price increases; especially with the increase in the price of meats.  Pricing changes will be notified via our web site, check regularly for price updates.

NSF Cheques:

Any Cheques returned NSF  will be subject to a $25.00 NSF Charge* in addition to Bank Service Fees**.

After the first Cheque has been corrected, if any further NSF Cheques occur from the same customer this will result in Cheques no longer being accepted. Payment in cash or money order will be the only form of accepted payment.

Payments:

Due to an ever increasing number of outstanding balances not being paid for in a timely manner; All payments are expected upon delivery, failure to provide payment will result in food not being delivered and the food will be distributed to other customers.

We accept Cash, Cheque and Interac Money Transfer.

Interac Money Transfer Process:

- Using your online banking choose to transfer funds via Interac Money Transfer, when selecting which e-mail address to send money to use the following address info@pantingpals.ca we will then open our online bank account account and accept the payment and the transfer is complete.

- We also ask that you verify with us ahead of time the use of Interac Money Transfer so we can validate payment before delivery.

- There is also a requirement for a "Secret Question/Answer" we will need this information in order to process payment.

- There is a fee from your banking institution for using Interac Money Transfer however no more cheques to balance or food delivery delays.
